Have you actually read Article 21? The full document. Not the misinformation that people claim it is about.

There is nothing in there about removing people from their rural homes and settling them in urban areas. Rather, it encourages support and well-being for people, no matter where they live. In fact, it emphasises that rural peoples should be given more support and infrastructure to stay in their own homes and communities.

Also, contrary to what your link says, the Canadian wildfires are being reported all over the world - including here in NZ.
